This is worth zero points. It just steers which rungs get suggested, and catches the case where one of our own people is the named author.

A Google Doc link works when it's shared as “Anyone with the link” (view or edit) — the links inside it (LinkedIn, cross-references) are read too. A private doc can't be read, so paste the text instead.
